the exciting part on our seminar was on the first aid demo..
the nurses on our school showed to us how to perform first aid.
they were the first one to perform and after that they will asked for some students to perform also what they had perform...
this was the sweet part of the demo.hehe.

the last part of the demo was all about CPR.but they didn't able to finished performing CPR to us because it was out of time and mam already announces that it was already time....
